Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bible Bedtime Co., operated by Tarheel Holding Group LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose profile you create.

The service

We provide a subscription that generates personalized, Bible-themed bedtime stories and delivers them by email, along with related features such as story archives, narration, illustrations, and optional keepsake books. Stories are created with automated tools and are intended as family-friendly devotional content, not theological or professional advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in email secure. You may use a nickname rather than your child's real name.

Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe) until canceled.
  • Prices and any launch or promotional pricing are shown at checkout. Additional children and optional add-ons are billed as described at purchase.
  • You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
  • We may change pricing prospectively with notice; changes do not affect the current paid term.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Content & intellectual property

Stories generated for you are provided for your personal, family use. The service, its software, and its branding remain the property of Tarheel Holding Group LLC. Scripture quotations are drawn from public-domain or appropriately licensed translations.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarheel Holding Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
